Ryan and his crew did a great job. Roof was replaced in one day and my yard is cleaned up and you’d never know they were here other than my beautiful new roof. From start to finish Ryan was great. He sat down and explained the whole process and why he does it this way, answering all of my questions throughout the whole process. It’s always nauseating to have to spend that much money but it sure makes it a lot easier when you know that it is getting done right. Ryan does business with integrity that is unfortunately hard to find these days and he holds his employees to the same standard. Carter sent me texts, pictures and updates of the roof all day long since I was at work. He shook my hand and talked with me when I got home. He looked to be barely in his 20s and is hard working, respectful, knowledgeable and could hold a conversation. They were even able to do the repair without damaging my gutter guards. I plan to use them to replace those next year anyway but they took the time and effort to avoid damaging them even knowing that. All of the workers were efficient and respectful. One of them even asked my son how his day at school was when he walked home from the bus! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the whole crew. I almost forgot to mention the kind woman who I first spoke with when I called! I was out of my league and really didn’t know where to start this process and she was so kind and warm and understanding. You won’t regret using Ryan and his crew. When you have to spend that much money on something as important as the roof over your head it’s sure nice to know it’s done right.

Rite Rate put a new roof and gutters on our garage. The quality of the roof and gutters was excellent -- as expected. What was UN-expected was the level and quality of the SERVICE. We have all had experience with vague estimates of how much something will cost or how long it will take -- but Rite Rate provided a detailed list of every shingle, every screw, every piece of material that was going to be needed to complete the job, and what the labor would cost before the job even started. The crews arrived when they said they would, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work in no time. As they were working, we received periodic texts with pictures of the progress and explanations of what was happening! When it was done, everything was cleaned up as if it had never happened. We are absolutely thrilled with everything about this project!

I had gutters installed on my house Carter and Ryan took care of everything perfectly. From the word go they were very direct and clear on what the process entails. They walked me through exactly what size gutter and downspout they were using and why that was what needed done. The crew contacted me directly through the entire process and gave me play by play updates throughout the day. The big upgrade i didn't expect was the hinged down spout to allow for easier landscaping, a great bonus!

Ryan is very knowledgeable on the overall roofing process. He gave me a very detailed quote, which is very helpful as supposed to the other quotes I received. My experience with Right Rate Roofing was great from beginning to end! I literally called them just because of how well they were regarded on Google. I called and the person who answered the phone was pleasant and throughly talked me through the process. Zach came out and gave me a quote with every detail. I had a difficult time coming up with questions because he answered them as he discussed the quote. When we made the decision to move forward (which wasn't hard to do), there was a little wait for our turn, but every time I reached out to Zach, he responded quickly. I contacted Right Rate Roofing to do a repair on a rental property that is being sold. I was told someone had to meet them there. They gave a detailed estimate which they went over line by line with me to make sure I understood everything they were to do. They sent me a contract and said they would schedule the work once they received the signed contract which would be that same week or if not definitely the next week. They came out the next day after receiving the contract! The guy doing the repair was just as thorough and sent me pictures of the work in process as well as pictures of the finished product! I can’t say enough about Ryan Melton and his team. I have had some horrible experiences with roofing companies so this was a stress free pleasant experience! I highly recommend Right Rate Roofing!!

Very professional and tech savvy with pictures and updates throughout. Showed up with 7 workers to complete the job in less than 1 day. Removed a chimney on a 12/12 pitch 2-story carrying the bricks down ladders in 5 gallon buckets. Used 6 nails per shingle and 4 nails per ridge cap. High quality products and knowledge. Did not bring a single piece of equipment onto my lawn. Used a leaf blower to clean off roofs, gutters and decks around the house. Perfect for the perfectionist homeowner!

Right Rate Roofing came immediately to give us an estimate when we phoned them and we accepted without hesitation. We put down a deposit for the work to proceed ASAP but was 4 months before completion. We were alittle nervous about continuing with the installation but waited patiently. After the work was done, my wife and I were very happy. The installers were courteous and picked up all the old gutters and other debris. They took pictures and sent them to us explaining what all was done. Gutter guards were also installed so I won't be climbing any ladders. I will recommend them for sure to anyone needing gutters. Right Rate Roofing is super professional, always do what they say they will do and stick to their estimates. They came in under any other local bids I asked for, sat at my table and showed me digitally what they were going to do. Roof has a 50 yr transferable (a little extra cost) warranty on shingles and lifetime on craftsmanship. They notify you every step of the way as to what they’re doing, finished in less than a day and cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell they were there. I hope I won’t ever need them again in the future, but if I do, I will definitely go back to them. Great job Ryan and crew!!

Right Rate just completed a new roof for me and they did an awesome job. Ryan sent me pictures of each step of the roof being done. I got to see the progress, the use of the different products used so I could compare them to the products specified in the contract and at the end of the day, they cleaned the area so well, I could not tell they had been there. Except of course for my beautiful new roof. From the estimate to seeing their work trailer roll out of my drive, just a great experience.
